Is this expense tracker free for freelancers?
Yes. Unlimited jobs, trips and expenses, receipt uploads and currency conversion are free, and so is your first report.
Can I bill expenses back to a client?
Yes. Put a client job's expenses in one trip, then export the PDF or Excel report and attach it to your invoice. The tracker does not create invoices.
Can I keep my receipts for taxes?
You can store up to two files per expense, such as a receipt and an invoice, and download them all as a ZIP. What is deductible and how long to keep records depends on your situation, so check our free calculators and ask a tax professional.
Does it handle multiple currencies?
Yes. Pick your report currency; exchange rates are fetched for the currencies you spent in, you can edit any rate, and totals show in one currency.
What do the $3.99 and $19 cover?
Your first report is free. After that, $3.99 unlocks the report of one trip forever, or $19 per year covers unlimited reports. Logging expenses stays free.
